Graduate Programs Introduction
Assistant Dean, Shaun Carver asks you to consider your role as a member of the Rady community and outlines student expectations. Three main points are covered: the growth mindset - start being the person you want to become next year today, academic rigor - you came here to be challenged and we will challenge you, and career goals - put in the work every day and stay engaged. Career Connections Director, Terra Saltzman-Baker joins Shaun to reiterate the importance of starting early and staying focused on your career goals. You'll also meet your Flex MBA Career Coach, Linda Kurtz.
